This is a floating minnow tied with EP Fibers. The head has foam discs hidden by the minnow fiber for bouyancy. This patterns floats on the surface and has a great wounded baitfish look. Our favorite way to fish this fly is with the RIO streamer tip line (see fly lines) or a heavy sink tip and a short amount of leader section. This will bring the fly below the surface and make a very erratic action.
